The full governing body meets five times a year and the five Sub Comittees meet on a regular basis and report back to the Governing Body:

- Finance
- Learning and Teaching
- Pay and Personnel
- Pupil Support
Each sub committee has its own Chairperson and each Governor sits on two of the sub-committees.
